Loyalist Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality gymnastics programming, and has been part of the Kingston community for over 27 years. We serve about 800 kids per year and employ 32 members of the community.
Being a non-for-profit, revenue generated from registration fees, special events, and other activities cover the Club’s operating costs. Simply put, our non-for-profit title makes it difficult for us to accumulate any financial reserve. Needless to say, like many other businesses in the area, the recent Covid-19 situation has put us in financial hardship.
We have always been dedicated to providing the Kingston community with the opportunity to discover, explore and embrace the sport of gymnastics in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. We had hoped to be able to re-open early April, but with the Province’s decision to extend the State of Emergency, we are now reaching out to you for help!
Our men's and women's competitive, recreational and special programming offer our young athletes the opportunity to build confidence, grow strong bodies and minds, and develop lifelong friendships and important life skills. We thank you for your support in these difficult times. Closing our doors would be a tremendous loss to our athletes (who often come to see Loyalist as their second home), our staff, and most importantly the Kingston community.
