February 24th, just before noon, he was center stage, dressed sharply, of course. The only one in the spotlight. The music began to play. He was smiling and blowing kisses to the audience with both hands as the curtain slowly fell. That is how I envisioned Louie's departure from this world.

Let us all come together to tell stories and celebrate our friend, our family, our star, on April 18th, 12:00 p.m. at the Mission Valley Elks.

Please continue to share in an effort to reach as many of his friends as possible, as we know there are countless.

Our beloved Louis/Louie is in his final act. He may have never made it to Broadway or the big screen, but he is certainly famous. You would be hard-pressed to find many in the Proctor, Dayton, Elmo, Big Arm, or Polson communities that he did not make laugh or bring some kind of joy. Forever the entertainer, either while serving you or on stage, he is certainly known for his sharp wit that drips with sarcasm. This world is going to seem a little darker and a little colder when he moves on to his next performance. We will try to take comfort in knowing he will no longer be in pain and be grateful for the wonderful memories he leaves with us all.

This account was established to assist his family with his funeral arrangements. His illness progressed so quickly that he had no time to prepare.
