Support Louise's Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer

In July 2024, Louise was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and given 3-6 months to live. At the young age of 53, this came as a complete and devastating shock to all who know and love her.

Louise is a wife to her high school sweetheart, Charlie Moulton, a mother to four, and a nana to eight precious grand babies. She has spent much of her time over the years not just pouring into her immediate family, but into the lives of hundreds of people. As a pastors wife, she has selflessly served, loved, ministered and impacted the hearts of so many.

My mom (Louise) is someone whose presence is like a warm hug. She cares so deeply, loves unconditionally, and is truly the same behind closed doors as she is when she’s outside of her home. Her love for Jesus is infectious, and wisdom overflows from her mouth whenever she speaks. She loves a good vanilla chai latte, and was, (prior to her diagnosis), a regular at Panera Bread. Wherever she goes, she makes a point to build genuine relationships and share the gospel. I have learned so much from her and feel humbled that I’ve been able to glean from her sweet, godly character. Her hugs have always had a way of helping to melt away my fears and anxieties. Her excitement grows when we decide to put worship music on the tv and sing our hearts out to Jesus. Our family has been known from time to time to break out in a random dance party…usually started by none other than my momma bear.

We know what the statistics say about pancreatic cancer, but we also know that the Lord has the final say. We believe He still does miracles. We believe He hears our every prayer. We believe my beautiful mom…my very best friend, will be a walking testament to the healing power of Jesus Christ.

I have started this page to help pay for all the treatment she will be receiving. Thanks to the favor of the Lord, she is now being treated by the number one pancreatic cancer specialist in the world: Doctor William H. Isacoff. Under his care she will have specialized treatment that is specific to her body. She will be in Santa Monica weekly for low dose chemotherapy, vitamin C treatment, and will also have hyperthermia to target both her pancreas and her kidney. With this incredible medical plan, mom is already making miraculous progress in her cancer journey!

My hope is that the financial burden that this disease brings would be alleviated for my parents. My dad takes care of my mom so diligently…with such remarkable love and tenderness. I believe right now that’s all he needs to prioritize. I want them to be able to focus on getting her healthy without a second thought of the expenses. I long for many more years with my mom. She’s willing to fight to be here with every ounce of her being. And we are going to fight for her to be here too.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every prayer, thoughtful message, card, gift, or donation. My mom cried tears of joy a couple days ago as she read a stack of handwritten cards. Her words were, “It’s beautiful to see the different ways people love you.”
