Hello everyone, I am asking for help to raise funds for my Louie dog. Six weeks ago, he began showing signs of neck pain where he would stand stiff, whine, and not be able to turn his neck. After an ER visit, we decided to put him on an anti-inflammatory and nerve pain medication. Almost three weeks went by, and we began to feel relief and thought he possibly pulled a neck muscle and was healing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Louie began to experience seizures and had cluster seizures in the span of three hours and was rushed back to the ER. His veterinarian recommended we continue to give him an anti-inflammatory, nerve pain medication, and to begin a medication to help with the seizures. Two weeks went by, and I started to see my baby acting normal again. A few days ago, Louie began to experience seizures and severe neck pain once again. His veterinarian told me the only way to really know what's occurring is to get an MRI done on his neck and head. I have spoken to several different facilities and decided on one in Athens. They told me the MRI can range from $3,500-$4,800, and we unfortunately won't know the exact amount until they have him in there and under evaluation. The facility does not accept payment plans and needs payment at the time of service.

Any donation will help me save up money to take him to get the MRI he needs and begin to heal my baby. Louie is fun, playful, loving, energetic, and the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He greets everyone with excitement and love and gets along with anyone and everything. He is one of the most important things in my life, and I just want to find out what's causing him so much pain and help him.
