Lindsay is the first person to help or rescue a dog in need, and now it’s time we can help hers.

Her own dog, Mr. Louie Capone, gave Lindsay a huge scare this weekend. She came home to find him collapsed on the floor, unable to move, with a bloated tummy, vomit, and stool around the house, and his little body freezing cold. She rushed him to the emergency vet where they found he was severely dehydrated. While there, he began passing bloody stool, and tests showed his kidney and liver levels aren’t where they should be.

Right now, Louie is fighting hard. He’s staying at the vet on fluids and being monitored closely. Even through everything, he’s still wagging his tail like the sweet angel he is.

We don’t know what caused this sudden decline, but the emergency care he needs to stabilize and heal is costly. We want to give Louie every chance to pull through and get back to being the happy, loving pup we all adore.
