Meet Lou Esa! My dear friend in the boxing community. Former Heavyweight from Patterson, New Jersey, Lou had an incredible amateur career as well as professional. Lou has been inducted into both the NJ Boxing Hall of Fame and the Florida State Boxing Hall of Fame.

Since retiring, Lou has become a certified trainer and USA Boxing Coach, helping kids to achieve their goals for many years. Unfortunately, Lou has had a setback with cancer and is currently undergoing major treatments towards his recovery. Lou is unable to work, and his dear wife Karen is caring for him.

This is one heck of a guy and friend. I am creating this post to help them endure the financial burdens of treatments and necessary medicines, which are not covered by insurance, and to assist in any other financial burdens deemed necessary in this time of need.
