You know what time it is! Time for another neighborhood transsexual to do the big chop! I've been transitioning for 4 years now and anyone who knows me can tell you how ready I am for these knockers to be gone. Im fortunate to have my hormones covered by insurance but they're much more reluctant to fund an out of state surgery. Meaning I'm left to come up with almost $10,000 alone.
