Support Lory and Her Cats Facing Eviction

Hi, my name is Lory Charles. I am a senior at Maryland Institute College of Art. I am a Queer Haitian artist & student with work spanning from photography, film, Product Design, to the fine arts. I am a multi-hyphenate creative and a cornerstone of my community. One of my joys in life is bringing folks together, making work that reflects my love of my community, and spreading kindness.

Unfortunately, I am in a financial crisis due to my health and lack of resources. I am on the brick of eviction; I do not have family or anyone to support me financially.

I have been independently supporting myself and my children (two cats, Boizou and Boop) for the past 4 years. Recent events have taken a major blow to my health mentally and physically. I also recently lost employment and as of right now, I don’t have stable income. As a result, it has been harder to support myself. It is becoming clear that I cannot do this without support. Please help me!
