Lorraine is a mother and grandmother, she has lived and worked in Nevada County for over 20 years. She is hard working, independent, and generous. Asking for help does not come easy to her, which is why I am asking for her.

In August Lorraine was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer throughout her belly. She has been receiving chemo treatments for the last five months and is now preparing for surgery in February.

Being the strong fighter that she is, Lorraine continued to work for the first four months of her treatments. But, by November it was getting to be too much and she was forced to go out on disability.

Throughout it all, Lorraine has remained her happy, optimistic self! But medical bills are piling up and she could really use some help at this moment. Relieving some of the financial burden would really help in allowing her to prioritize her health over everything else!
