My name is Lori, and I am reaching out for support as I recover from a brain injury. For the past 16 years, I have been a Warrior and Survivor of a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that led to the discovery of my AVM. After undergoing brain surgery, I am still under the care of my doctors and facing a long road to recovery. The challenges of healing from a brain injury are ongoing, and each day brings new hurdles to overcome.

The financial strain of medical bills and continued care has made this journey even more difficult.
