My good friend Lori Rhodes has worked delivering mail for nearly 2 decades. In return, the constant arm movement has caused tears in tendons in her shoulder and elbow. She had surgery on October 9th to repair the extensive damage. Prior to surgery, she was out of work for over 8 months and will continue to be out for another 6 to 9 months. She has used all of her vacation time and personal time. She has been trying to collect workers' compensation for months and is now at the point of needing an attorney. She has been months without an income and it will continue until she can resolve the Workmen’s Comp issue or returns to work.
