Lori Ann Forker, nee Davidson, 62, of New Athens, IL, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Born on November 1, 1963, in Belleville, IL, Lori was the daughter of William and Arlys (Heinz) Davidson, both of whom preceded her in death, as did her sister, Paula Cowart. Lori grew up in Belleville, Illinois, and was known for her vibrant spirit, unique style, and artistic soul. She loved rock n’ roll and animals, and her creativity shone through in everything she did.

Lori became co-owner of HLA Music Agency and worked in makeup and fashion for many artists and band members. Her adventurous spirit took her around the world, but her favorite places were Hawaii and Santorini, Greece. She was married for 34 years and was a devoted mother to her two daughters. Lori was truly one of a kind, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory is the love of her life, Randy Forker; her children, Misty Cantley and Taylor Forker; her sisters, Rene (Leonard) Middendorff and Cindy Davis; as well as extended family and countless friends. The family is now facing the costs of funeral arrangements and memorial services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
