Support Lori Beeks' Move and Medical Needs

Due to a few unforseen circumstances over the last 2 months, we have found ourselves in what seems to be an unwinnable battle.

My husband and brother were both laid off. They have been on the phone everyday looking for something that could sustain us while in Orange County. Unfortunately, the best jobs they can find are in Greene County and we are going to have to move almost immediately.

Because of unpredictable health problems going on with myself, I am unable to work anything more than part time for the time being and sometimes not even that. Although there are treatments for my new diagnosis, I lost my health insurance when I had to reduce my hours and with no income we cannot afford to move or cover my medications or doctors visits. I have taken the steps to obtain state help, but it is a waiting game and time is something we also cannot afford right now.

This does fill me with guilt and some shame to ask for a handout. I am lost and stuck right now. Our life is coming back together with plans going into action for my guys to have more reliable jobs and my medical stresses slowly being tackled.

But for this short time I am asking for some help to get through these couple obstacles.

Anything will help and I will eternally be grateful.
