Support Loretta's Family After Tragic Loss

Hello everyone, my name is Jesse Quiles the son of Loretta Quiles. With a broken heart I'm writing this to help lay our beautiful Mother to rest. Loretta is a victim of neglect and unsanitary conditions at the rehabilitation center. What should have been an easy, simple stay at a rehabilitation center for an ankle surgery due to her falling and breaking her ankle in the beginning of April, turned into a nightmare for us all. Loretta had ankle surgery on April 10th and a week later in normal health and healing well is transferred to the rehabilitation center on April 17th. Eight days into her stay at the facility, she is being rushed back to the hospital after the facility called and said she's septic and her heart rate was in the 200's. Once she got there, we were told by doctors that our mother was in sepsis. Our mother fought a great fight but 3 Days later on April 28th Loretta Quiles, A loving mother and grandmother passed away surrounded by loved ones. Doctors later told us the results came back, my mother had caught e coli from her eight day stay at the rehabilitation center. We are truly shocked and heartbroken at what has happened so unexpectedly. We are asking for any donations to help with her wake and cremation. She was loved by so many and will truly be missed and will forever leave a void in our hearts. The viewing will be held on May 6th.
