Hello! My name is Lorenzo Forteza, and I am raising funds to attend a graduation ceremony in Japan with my classmates! A year ago, I was fortunate enough to have the chance to study abroad at the University of Tsukuba in Ibaraki, Japan. During my time there, I was able to really immerse myself in the university's community and be a part of a music club. However, since the school schedule in Japan is flipped in opposite of the US, I wasn't able to fully complete my academic year there.

I was given the chance to come back this spring break and be a part of the multi-day concert and ceremony. As the only foreign exchange student in this group, this kind of opportunity doesn't come along very often, especially for someone who isn't fully fluent in the language.
