Support Lorenzo’s Masters in Addiction Science

Hello! My name is Lorenzo, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Addiction Science at the University of Southern California. I am deeply passionate about understanding and addressing the complex issues surrounding addiction, trauma, and mental health—especially within marginalized communities such as the LGBTQIA+ population.

Alongside my studies, I work full-time in the cheese industry and volunteer as a teaching assistant for a research methods course. I’m also actively involved in research, focusing on how grief impacts substance use in the LGBTQIA+ community. Balancing work, teaching, and research has been fulfilling, but it also comes with financial challenges.

Graduate school is expensive, with tuition, textbooks, and research-related costs adding up quickly. This is why I’m turning to you for support.
