Hello, I am Kristina. I am the momma to my beautiful Chihuahua, Lolly. She just turned 6. This past June, she developed cataracts in her right eye. Just recently, it got all dark and hazy and started to swell. I took her to the vet, and he sent her to the emergency animal eye clinic. The doctor stated that she has melanoma OD with severe buphthalmia and blindness. She needs to have her eye removed.

She is set for eye removal and histiopathology on 4/20/26. The total estimated cost for that is $1,632.79.

I thought that I had pet insurance through work, but it turns out it is just a discount RX program. I have a little money in my savings because I have to move in June, but it's not much, so I don't want to break into it. I have a couple of credit cards, but I just did a loan consolidation and don't want to have to go that route either.

If anyone wants to or can help towards Lolly's surgery, it would mean the world to us both. If not, I totally understand!
