Update: Lollie made it through surgery (12pm)!! They told us she did extremely well and the cancer was contained! She is in the ICU, coming out of anesthesia and will be available to visit in a few hours. As we’ve said this post-op recovery over the next 48hrs is vital. Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and send positive healing energy her way. Thank you so much!

I cannot express how grateful we are for everyone’s generous contributions, words of encouragement and support. Lollie is in surgery now (10am) and we will be updated as soon as it’s complete. We are feeling confident and hopeful she will have a successful procedure and 48 hour post op recovery, as this is a crucial indication of healing and being able to bring her home. Please keep us in your thoughts and the positive energy and prayers directed her way along with her doctors and support staff. Thank you!

Hello, friends and kind-hearted people,

I’m reaching out to you today because our sweet, playful, and beautiful cat Lollie needs our help. Lollie is a beloved member of our family—she brings so much joy, love, and laughter into our lives with her playful spirit and gentle nature.

Unfortunately, after an emergency ultrasound after a few weeks of health issues, Lollie has been diagnosed with colon cancer, and the only viable treatment is removing the section of colon where the mass is located, as well as the inflamed lymph node associated with it. Based on the ultrasound, doctors do not believe it has spread. Surgery is scheduled (2/4)!

As you can imagine, this is an incredibly difficult time for us, and the financial costs of her care are a challenge. We’re hoping to raise funds to partially cover her surgery and care. Your support would mean the world to us and help Lollie have the best chance at a happy, healthy life for as long as possible.

We know how difficult these times are for everyone but every little bit counts, and if you’re unable to contribute financially, sharing Lollie’s story with others would be a huge help, while keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Lollie has touched so many hearts, and I know that with your help, we can give her the care she deserves. Her spirit is strong!!
