A 2 year old twin named Logan is one of the sweetest, strongest little boys you’ll ever meet. Despite his young age, he’s already faced more medical challenges than most do in a lifetime. He has been diagnosed with multiple medical conditions, including a rare blood disease that requires ongoing care, testing, and treatment.

Between frequent doctor visits, specialist appointments, and hospital stays, the costs of care continue to add up. His dad works tirelessly in the laborers union, often taking overtime just to keep up with bills, while his mom stays home to care for 4 small children and runs a small farm stand to help make ends meet. Unfortunately as of this week, his dad has been laid off of work for the season and the farm stand is slowing down for the winter.

This family gives everything they have to ensure their little boy gets the best care possible — but they can’t do it alone. Every donation, no matter how small, goes directly toward Logan’s medical expenses, travel costs for appointments, and helping this hardworking family stay on their feet during an incredibly difficult time.
