Hi, I’m Logan Carpenter and I’m trying to raise money for a kidney transplant. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease back in 2021 at 21 years old. For those who don’t know, CKD is a condition where the kidneys are damaged and can't filter blood effectively, leading to a gradual loss of kidney function over time. My current kidney function is 20%.
