Creating on behalf of Logan and Jenna (Miller) Pickens

My nephew and wife have lost everything in the devastating floods in ElmGrove / Triadelphia / Wheeling WV. We don’t know yet what aid is coming but are initiating this to get a platform for those whom have reached out to ask.

They literally escaped their home with the clothes on their back and 3 dogs. Everything else is a total loss - water went up 3-4ft on the main floor of their home.
