We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts to share a story of unimaginable courage and love, and to ask for your support during an incredibly challenging time.

Logan, a dear friend to many, and soon-to-be mother, is preparing to welcome her son, Theodore, into this world on September 15th.

However, this joyous occasion is overshadowed by devastating news. Theodore has been diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a rare and severe congenital heart defect that affects the left side of his heart.

Theodore is expected to survive for only a few days to a week after birth. In this short time, Logan plans to hold her precious boy until he passes.

Logan is facing this unimaginable situation with incredible strength and grace. Sadly, she must go through this alone, as her husband is currently awaiting his green card and cannot be present for Theodore's birth and passing.

We are raising funds to support Logan through this difficult time and the challenging days that will follow.
