Support Local Deputy Recovering from Tragic Car Accident

Donation protected

During the early morning hours of April 7th, 2024, Justin Ward, Deputy with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was on-duty responding to a non-injury accident when an oncoming vehicle crossed the center line and struck Deputy Ward's patrol car head on causing Deputy Ward to be trapped inside the vehicle.
Once Deputy Ward was extricated from what was left of the mangled patrol car, life saving measures were performed as he was transported by ambulance to a regional trauma center. Deputy Ward is currently in a medically induced coma accompanying the critical injuries sustained from this tragic car crash. Deputy Ward is fighting for the chance to don his Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputy uniform once again.

Fighting alongside Deputy Ward is his supportive wife, Danielle. Danielle has since spent her time beside Deputy Ward waiting for the moment her husband will look at her and say, "We got this!".

Deputy Ward and Danielle are a young married couple and share three children all under the age of 3! Deputy Ward faces a long road of recovery to be able to do what he loves the most (other than Law Enforcement), which is spend time enjoying the outdoors with his wife and children.

We are asking for your support to help Deputy Ward and Danielle offset the unexpected medical costs associated with the professional medical care and the anticipated physical therapy he will need during his recovery.
