Many of you know Loaf as a beautiful, sweet, sassy, little diva (and she absolutely is)! On April 10, 2025, Loaf was diagnosed with lymphoma after we found a lump on her lymph node. We immediately made an appointment with a vet oncologist and have had a series of exams and tests done to see how far along her lymphoma is, and what course of treatment to take.

So far she's had chest x-rays & abdominal ultrasounds taken, as well as an aspirate of her spleen and a series of tests to try to help us and her oncologist figure out what treatment is best for her. It goes without saying, but these tests are very expensive. Of course my partner and I would drain our life savings for Loaf, but we decided we'd ask for help first.

Loaf is genuinely my baby girl and I'd do anything for her. So far, her treatment has cost about $2,611 and I expect that number to get much higher. I will, of course, post invoices of the cost of her treatment especially as we get more tests and either medications or procedures done.
