Hello, my name is Kristin and I need help paying for my grandpa, Lloyd Clark’s, funeral expenses and memorial service. The costs are unexpected and exorbitant. I have no savings as I just went through a divorce and lost everything. I was shocked to find out today that my grandfather’s funeral has been arranged, but not paid for .

I beg you from the bottom of my heart to help me bury my hero - my grandfather.

The costs include $1,100 to dig the grave, $1,500 to transport the body, $2,500 for the funeral, and approximately $2,500-$3,500 for the memorial. The cost to travel out of state for the funeral, including gas, hotel, and boarding for my three dogs, is approximately $1,500.

I’m also trying to raise $2,500 for retaining a probate attorney to become executor of his estate. Apparently, the state of Mississippi will inherit his estate upon death and not his family without retaining an attorney for probate court.
