Hi, my name is Anthony and my family could really use your help! Lizzy is our almost 5-year-old bearded dragon and she is the source of so much love and joy for our family. However, she has developed Dystocia (also called follicular stasis). Basically, there are several improperly formed eggs in her ovaries and both fallopian tubes. In addition, scans have shown an additional unidentified mass in her lower abdomen. This places her body under an extreme amount of stress, and if not taken care of soon, will more than likely lead to a slow and painful death for our baby girl.
The only problem is the surgery needed (an extraction procedure as well as a spaying) will cost roughly $1,500. A sum of money that living paycheck to paycheck doesn't leave us the luxury of paying very easily, with just the vet visit maxing out our credit card. I hate asking for financial help from friends and family, let alone strangers online, but please, if you can spare anything, even just a dollar, it would mean the world to us! 100% of the funds we raise here will be used for Lizzy's bills. If we manage to overshoot our goal, extra funds will likely be donated to USArk so that they can continue to fight for the rights of pet owners.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read and donate!
