My name is Gina and I'm here to help my lifelong best friend Liz survive the aftermath of the Palisades Fire.

In 2024 Liz lost her mother after years long illness, majorly downsized after divorce, and went through major surgery. Ever positive she continued to be a source of strength and support for her daughter, her friends and colleagues.

No matter what she has gone through, Liz has never asked for help, until now.

In September, weeks before hip replacement surgery, Liz moved into a townhouse. Before the holidays, she had just transformed it to make a proper home for her daughter - the Palisades is all she has ever known.

It’s been their home for over 20 years and the community is decimated.

That home is now destroyed.

Liz evacuated only with her dog Bean and just learned that she has suffered 100% loss, as the insurance company dropped her fire coverage last month.
