Hello, everyone. Liz will be having anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery of the spine this week. Four vertebrae will be fused together in order to eliminate pressure on the spinal cord and avoid permanent neurological damage. The recovery time for this procedure is a minimum of 8 weeks.
