Liz is an amazing mom to three boys, a loving wife to Mike, and the heart behind The Crazy Cowboy. She’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone—her family, her kids’ schools, and the Jackson community—without ever asking for anything in return.

Recently, she received devastating news: Liz has been diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer.

What started as a routine scan quickly turned into something much more serious. The cancer is not only in her ovaries—it has spread to her uterus, throughout her abdominal cavity, and now to her spine.

Everything changed overnight.

Liz is a small business owner, which means she relies on the business she runs every single day. As treatment begins, she’ll be forced to step away—while also taking on the added cost of hiring staff just to keep things running. At the same time, she’ll be traveling an hour each way to the University of Michigan for ongoing care.

The financial pressure is immediate and overwhelming.

We’re raising funds to help cover medical expenses, travel, and to give Liz the ability to focus on what matters most: fighting for her life and being there for her family—without the constant stress of how everything will be paid for.
