Just weeks ago, we went hiking with Liz and Moises. They were navigating a season of transition—between jobs, making plans, and trusting that the next chapter would come together. Then everything stopped. Liz was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. The diagnosis alone is devastating. What makes this situation even more overwhelming is that Moises is currently between jobs, and they do not have health insurance. As they face the fight of her life, they are also facing the crushing reality of medical bills, treatments, medications, and daily living expenses—costs that are already mounting and will continue to grow.

Moises is a devoted husband, a loyal friend, and someone who has always shown up for others. He is very proud and would never ask for help. But right now, his focus must be where it belongs: on his wife, her care, and being present during this incredibly difficult journey. We are raising funds to help cover cancer treatments and hospital care, medications and follow-up visits, diagnostic testing and ongoing therapies, and basic living expenses during treatment and recovery.
