Liz is a cherished wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend. Everyone knows her and loves her deeply.
Last March, she was having some strange symptoms. As all busy moms do, she found it weird but went on with her days.
The day after St. Patrick's Day, she ended up having a seizure. In true Liz fashion, she drove her two young boys to school once the seizure ended. When she got home, she called her husband and they went to the hospital.
There she found out the devastating news that she had a brain tumor. She had surgery and went through physical therapy - completing it much quicker than anyone thought she would. She went home with a super positive attitude and she planned to come back to work at the beginning of this school year.
Unfortunately once the biopsy results came back, she and her family were told that her tumor was a Grade 4, Glioblastoma.
Liz has been going through treatment ever since. As anyone who has dealt with cancer knows, this puts a financial strain on the family while also dealing with all the emotions that go along with having this terrible illness.
We want to make sure that her husband and boys have everything they need while helping Liz stay strong through her treatments.
Please give what you can. Every little bit helps. If you don't have the means to donate, please share this link and keep Liz and her family in your thoughts and your prayers.
We thank you in advance!
