I am reaching out to help raise some money for one of my closest and oldest friends. If you know Liza Foster and her husband Mitchell, you probably love them just as much as I do. They are quite literally some of the best humans out there. Liza has always been one to care for others. Her current health issues are unable to be put in the back burner.

She recently suffered a health complication a few months back and was left unable to work. She was just getting back to working part time when she suffered another stroke.

Liza is currently unable to go back to work until she has been cleared by a physician. Stress plays such a huge role in health visiting and the stress of losing a huge portion of her families income while being unable to work could only continue to make her stress levels worse. While she was hospitalized the engine on one of the families vehicle also decided to go out. There will likely be appointments and necessary time off from work for her husband to drive her to and from these appointments.

Liza and Mitchell are both amazing people and work hard and do for others. They really deserve a little of the stress taken off their plates.
