Support Liz in Her Fight for Justice

Hello everyone, my name is Liz and I am a single mom of two wonderful little girls. I am going through a very tough time in my life and need to raise money to help pay for my family law attorney.

My daughters are three and eight years old and would love nothing more than to come home to their mom. My youngest daughter has made claims of abuse against her father. My older daughter has also made claims of abuse against him as well (her father is deceased). CPS has not taken these claims seriously and has placed my youngest daughter with her father, whom she claims is abusing her. My oldest daughter was taken and placed into foster care. I was blamed for making the reports, and it was deemed that I coached the children to say these things.

At this time, I am battling CPS and family court at the same time. Funds are running out quickly, and I owe more money than I can keep up with as a single working mom. I am starting this GoFundMe in hopes that anyone can help with any amount at all towards my lawyer fees so that I can continue to fight for these girls.

What's most heartbreaking is that my youngest is stuck in a place that she doesn't want to be in and is potentially continuing to be abused there. Without proper representation, I have no hope that I will win custody of my daughters.

I have been wrongfully accused by the state and made out to be a predator while my youngest daughter's dad was made to be the victim. I am desperate for support and have tried every avenue to help my children. My only hope now is to go to trial. I am in danger of losing my rights to my oldest daughter since her father has passed and she has nowhere else to go.

Any donation, no matter how small, can help me towards my lawyer bills and help my girls come back home to their mother where they are safe and happy. My children are separated from each other, and CPS has only harmed and traumatized us more than they have helped. Please find it in your heart to help my family out of this terrible situation and protect us from the state and the grasp of my youngest's father.
