Our Story

Hi, my name is Melody Underwood, and I’m the proud mom of my beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Liviya (“Livi”).

Livi was born with cerebral palsy, autism, and multiple developmental and neurological challenges. Every day, she faces struggles that would break most adults — from feeding difficulties and sleeping issues to needing round-the-clock care and constant medical attention.

But even through the toughest moments, Livi’s light never fades. She has the sweetest smile, the strongest spirit, and the biggest heart. She is my daily reminder that love and hope can shine even in the hardest times.

Why I Started Liviys Cares

Caring for Livi full-time opened my eyes to how many families like ours need help. Reliable, compassionate care for children with special needs can be so hard to find — and that’s why I started my company, Liviys Cares, LLC.

Liviys Cares is a non-medical home care agency built from love — created to support not only my daughter but other families in need of compassionate care. My dream is for this company to one day provide 24-hour support, respite care, transportation, and companionship services for those who need it most.

Right now, my biggest mission is to make sure Livi’s medical and therapy needs are met and that her future is secure.

I am reaching out for help my daughter’s medical equipment. She is long-term care. She has cerebral palsy 2 brain bleeds she was born with it. She have multiple other issues developmental issues, respiratory issues in G.I. issues she suffers day-to-day, but my main issue is to make sure she is comfortable. I need support with supporting the needs of her care and I reaching out to the community. The funds will go towards any medical physical therapy outpatient therapy, feeding any medical supplies in Caregiver staffingAnything matters when it comes to supporting Liviy if you can’t even support Financially, you can least share her story.
