Support liver transplant

Hi, my brother is 35 years old and suffering from Liver and Kidney disease. He was diagnosed with cirrhosis liver which was caused by an immune disorder. He has a 2-year-old son. We want him to see his son grow up and become the great man he is. He is the kindness individual you would ever meet in your life. His smile melts your heart, and seeing him in this position in life breaks your heart. We want him to be there for his wife, who helps him every day to take a shower or eat a meal. We want him to be able to attend his son's first baseball game. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
