Our little Frankie fell ill this weekend. She wasn’t able to keep anything down. We took her to our primary vet, to find out that her liver and kidney levels were off the charts. They advised us to take her over to the emergency room where they assessed her and things weren’t looking good for little Frankie. She was in kidney and liver failure.

She has been through a lot in her short four months here on earth and we know she is a fighter. Frankie has been thankfully improving but as we all know emergency stays are not cheap. She has been there for a little over 24 hours and they are wanting her to stay another 24 hours to allow her body more support. We are asking for help to keep Frankie headed in the right direction so she can have 100% full recovery. Any little amount will help this little girl survive whatever her little body is trying to fight.

She has already had to fight for her life as a newborn puppy as she was Parvo positive and was anemic from a flea infestation. Once she was on a mend we fostered her and fell in love. We couldn’t imagine life without her so we adopted her. We have been heartbroken the past two days thinking we might have to live without her because things were not looking very good for her.
