For anyone who has ever met Lisbeth Robles-Read—whether it was for 10 minutes or several decades—you know that she is an incredibly special human being. She is always the first to greet you with a warm hug, a smile that lights up any room, and the very first to offer help in ANY and EVERY situation.

Now, it’s our turn to return some of that kindness and love. On September 5th, 2025—only six short months after having a completely normal mammogram—Lisbeth was abruptly diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. In “true form,” she immediately responded with a strong, positive, and deeply faith-rooted “ready for battle” attitude—something to be deeply respected and admired.

But alongside the physical and emotional challenges of this journey comes a financial battle as well—something no one should have to worry about, yet here it is. This is where we can step in. Any gift, big or small, will help lighten the burden for Lisbeth, her husband Eron, and their two children, Kiana (10) and Kalani (9).

The Read family has deep roots in Hawai‘i and an even deeper love for faith, family, and community. Eron and Lisbeth met twenty years ago—back in 2005—and lovingly refer to themselves as the “cliché couple.” Eron proposed to Lisbeth on a gondola in Venice, Italy, and they were later married on Valentine’s Day, celebrating their anniversary each year on Cupid’s day.

For more than three decades, Lisbeth has been part of the Hard Rock ‘ohana, where she’s lived and led by its timeless values—“Love All, Serve All” and “Take Time to Be Kind.” Those principles reflect exactly who she is, both at work and in life: a compassionate leader, loyal friend, and loving wife and mother.

Together with their children, Kiana (10) and Kalani (9), Lisbeth and Eron have built a life grounded in love, laughter, and service to others. Whether through helping friends, supporting community causes, or sharing words of faith and encouragement, they’ve always believed in giving back and lifting others up.

Now, as they walk through this difficult chapter, they continue to stand strong—anchored in faith, hope, and gratitude. The family deeply believes in the power of prayer and welcomes every prayer, thought, and kind word shared during this time.
