Hello my name is Lisa. I am a 45 year old terminally ill and on hospice with less than 2 months to live. I have a husband and an 8 year old autistic daughter. My husband is my caregiver (unpaid). I'm not able to me left alone due to falls and I go Unconscious alot. My final wish is to take my family on a vacation for my last memories. I want to be able to bring a good memory for my daughter. All she sees is hospitals and doctor appointments. Please help with my last wish. My baby girl deserves this. She's selfless. She loves all and gives all with her whole heart.
