Lisa’s journey has been marked by unimaginable loss. Years ago, she lost her mother suddenly and has since buried seven cousins, all far too young—all under the age of 40. It’s a sorrow no family should bear, and yet Lisa’s strength never wavered. She taught us resilience, love, and the importance of always showing up for one another.

Lisa is one of those rare souls who fills every room with light. She’s intelligent, kind, and endlessly driven, with a spirit that’s as free as it is genuine. She’s a lover of animals, the biggest Phish fan you’ll ever meet, and someone who always lived life her own way, saying what she felt, doing what made her happy, and inspiring everyone around her to do the same. Through her years at Disney’s Sebastian’s Bistro, Grand Floridian Café, and Big River Grille, she’s built a family of friends, coworkers, and loyal guests who followed her not just for her incredible service, but for the warmth and joy she brought to every interaction. Lisa has always been a light in so many people’s lives, and now, as she faces an unimaginable battle, we want to come together to give back some of the love, care, and strength she’s shared with all of us. This is our time to give back to Lisa and her family.
