Support Lisa with the Warren Howard Memorial Fund

Lisa and Warren were together for 40 years, married for 35 years.

14 years ago, Warren had a work accident and because of this was diagnosed with Arachnoiditis- which is a rare pain disorder caused by inflammation of the arachnoid, one of the membranes that surrounds the nerves of the spinal cord. It causes severe pain and neurological symptoms, such as muscle weakness.

After numerous surgeries, the medical bills piled up. Any compensation received went towards these bills leaving Warren and Lisa dependent on the disability pension. Legal bills were also a major concern and without the funds to pay these, a payment plan was put in place and is still being paid off today.

Recently Warren’s health was compromised when he was diagnosed with a cruel terminal condition called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy which claimed his life within a month. Sadly Warren passed away on 6th March.

With the support of family & friends I hope to help with the burden of expenses and enable Lisa to have the time and space she needs to mourn the loss of Warren.

Any amount, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated, relieving the financial strain on Lisa, allowing her to focus on healing and coming to terms of a life without Warren.
