Rebuilding After the Palisades Fire
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Jesse Poller, and I’m reaching out to share some heartbreaking news about my mom, Lisa Poller. Her hair salon, located in the heart of the Pacific Palisades (861 Via De La Paz #C), was tragically lost in the recent fires that devastated our community. My mom had been serving clients at that location for 42 years, building a reputation as a beloved stylist.
Our family has been deeply involved in the Pacific Palisades for as long as I can remember. My mom, a talented and cherished hairstylist, my Dad, a former Norris Hardware employee who became a handyman helping local businesses and homes, and myself—growing up in the Palisades, attending Pali Elementary, Paul Revere Middle School, and Palisades Charter High School. I also ran a personal training business in the community for 8 years and served as the Field Medic for the Pali Football and Lacrosse team for over 10 years. We are deeply rooted in this community, and our hearts are shattered to see everything we worked so hard for vanish in the blink of an eye.
It’s beyond devastating to see the place we’ve called home for so long go through such hardship. My wife, Shiva, and I have created this GoFundMe campaign to ask for your prayers, and any donations, large or small, that can help my mom rebuild her business and open a new salon. Your support means the world to us, and we are truly grateful for all your help.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
