Support Lisa Majorino Martino

Hi everyone! My name is Tony Majorino, and I am starting this fundraiser for my Aunt Lisa. Growing up, she was the glue that held the Majorino family together. From hosting our Sunday pasta dinners to cooking up a storm at Thanksgiving and Christmas, Aunt Lee was always striving to keep the family strong. So many of my fondest childhood memories were thanks to her being a part of my life. The love that she shows to all of her family and friends makes her beloved by all.

Just a few months ago, Lisa received news that there was a potentially cancerous growth in her lung. Doctors did not know for sure what it was, but they knew that surgery would be necessary. Lisa underwent the intensive procedure in late June 2022. Doctors had to remove nearly 1/3 of her lung in order to completely take out the growth. The recovery was painful, and she has been diagnosed with stage 3A lung cancer. Doctors say that chemotherapy will be at least 3-4 months, followed by immunotherapy for at least a year.

Because Lisa has not been able to work, the bills are mounting quickly. She has already had to pay a considerable amount for the surgery and will need more help as she continues her treatment. She has been told that she will not be able to work at all during this time. As if the financial situation wasn't dire enough, she has lost both of her rental tenants through unforeseen circumstances. Now she fears losing her home while undergoing this intense treatment period.

Lisa has dedicated 35 years of her life to caring for dialysis patients, and now she needs our help. Please donate what you can to help someone who has given nothing but love to the world.
