Support Lisa Lombardo's Cancer Battle

Many of you know Lisa Lombardo (Somrak). She is our amazing Mom, wife, and sister. We are very sad to say that she has been recently diagnosed with high-grade ovarian cancer. She is in great need of emotional strength and practical support as she moves through this difficult and challenging journey. All help and encouragement from family, friends, co-workers and the community will make a significant difference in her experience. Together we rally around our wonderful Lisa providing her assistance and reassurance that she is loved and not alone in this critical time in her life.

To know Lisa is to instantly, absolutely love Lisa. Lisa is a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend who is known for her love, kindness, and generosity. She always makes a positive impact on those around her, making the world a better place.Lisa always goes out of her way to help others, whether it’soffering a listening ear, volunteering her time, or lending a hand in times of need. Her bright smile, infectious laugh, warm spiritand compassionate nature truly touch her family, friends and community. Lisa’s unwavering love has gotten so many familyand friends through difficult times. Lisa is our rock and inspiration. She is always there to connect with those in needand support them in whatever way she can, reflect her genuine character and values she holds dear. It is these qualities that not only define her as a loving person and inspire those who know her to embrace love, kindness and generosity in their lives.

Lisa will embark on her treatment journey including several months of chemotherapy starting September 24. She will receive treatment at the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center, a long way from her dream home in Poinciana, Florida. Lisa has remarkable faith, resilience and determination. She is preparing to confront the difficulties that come with her diagnosis. The road ahead will require significant strength and support as she provides the primary support for her family. Throughout this journey Lisa remains focused on her health and well-being, seeking both medical guidance and the encouragement of family and friends as she navigates this difficult chapter in her life.
