Greetings Coworkers,

Our dear, sweet Lisa Laura has suffered some medical setbacks. She is unable to perform her work duties for the next few months. Unfortunately, Lisa has only been with our company a very short while. She is of a single income household and has zero PTO. The state of California has a disability program, however her need is dire and is NOW. It will take months of processing her claim before she is going to be self sufficient again. Currently her needs are for help with food, rent, and co-payments for medical prescriptions.
