Support Lisa Jordan’s Family & Memorial

Donation protected
The funeral is Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Hayworth Miller in Kernersville (not on June 30th)

Lisa Jordan was the kind of person who could light up any room with her humor and warmth. As a single mom, she devoted her life to raising her two children, Mitchell Jordan and Michaela Jordan, who were her greatest joy, along with her beloved fur babies. Lisa’s family meant everything to her, and she always made sure those around her felt seen, heard, and loved. Her family, friends, and co-workers remember her for her quick wit, her ability to make anyone smile, and her quiet, compassionate nature.

Lisa passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025, after becoming sick very quickly from liver failure that resulted in kidney failure and ultimately multiple organ failures. Her passing was sudden and heartbreaking for everyone who knew her. Lisa spent many years caring for others as a nurse, most recently working in the triage department at Gastroenterology Associates of the Piedmont (GAP). She was known as GAP’s “blood thinner Queen/Rockstar,” a title she wore with pride because of her dedication and skill. Lisa’s passion for her work and her patients was matched only by her loyalty to her friends and family. She was a wonderful friend, always ready with a joke, but she preferred to keep things private and simple—just don’t put her in a group chat. Her loss is deeply felt by everyone who knew her, from her family and friends to her work family at GAP.

As much as Lisa loved everyone around her and showed it through her love and humor, she was loved just as much in return by anyone who ever had the privilege of knowing her or being cared for by her, both personally and professionally. She was truly an outstanding woman and will be greatly missed by all.

We are raising funds to help cover Lisa’s funeral costs, outstanding medical bills, and any personal or household expenses that her children, Mitchell and Michaela, now face as they navigate this difficult time. Every contribution will help ease the financial burden on Lisa’s family and allow them to focus on honoring her memory and supporting each other. Thank you for helping us celebrate Lisa’s life and support her loved ones.
