Support Lisa and Richard's Urgent Relocation

Hello. My name is Lisa. My husband Richard and I have two kitties named Argie and Lamont. I never thought we'd have to do this, but we need help. Our world has crashed around us today. Well, this has been building for the past couple of weeks. After our phone got broken and we got it replaced, the electrical in half our apartment got fried (the false ceiling in the kitchen collapsed, which is one of the reasons why the electrical in half the apartment got fried) also when a power surge hit a junction box on the back of the building it got burnt up. So now we have no power in our kitchen or bathroom. Also, we were warned that we are likely to be evicted from our apartment (funny how the landlord has been dodging us about the lease for the past year) sometime soon. It has been advised that we relocate ASAP. We were told that this is not because we are bad tenants (we always paid on time), but because the landlord wants to rehab the building to charge more rent as our part of town is 'up and coming'. So yeah... that is what is happening. Any help would be appreciated.
