Leze, or "Lisa" as many of you know her, has been my friend and a cherished member of our family diner team for over 10 years. Her warm smile and generous spirit have touched countless lives, making our diner feel like home to so many. Lisa is the kind of person who always puts others first, spreading kindness and positivity wherever she goes.

Recently, Lisa's world was turned upside down when her husband suffered a tragic accident at home. While trying to clear snow from their roof, he fell a great distance and is now hospitalized with multiple injuries. Lisa has been by his side every step of the way, both in and out of the hospital, and will be unable to work for some time as she helps him on his long road to recovery.

The funds raised here will go directly to helping Lisa with living expenses and supporting her while she is away from work. This will allow her to focus on what matters most: helping restore her husband back to full health. Lisa did not ask for this, but so many of you have reached out that I wanted to give our community an opportunity to help in any way they can.
