Hi everyone - Our sweet cat Linden, aka "Lindy Boy," was recently diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). Until just a couple years ago, FIP was considered a fatal and untreatable disease. But thankfully there are now antiviral medications, like GS-441524, that give cats like Linden an 80% chance of survival.
The hard part is the cost.
We would do anything to give Lindy Boy the best chance at survival, but as some of you may know, Linden’s diagnosis came at a time when we were already financially stretched thin. Between emergency vet visits, diagnostic tests, and life-saving medication, we’ve found ourselves in a much deeper financial hole than we were already in.
We’re hoping to raise $3,500 to help us recover from the following expenses:
- Linden’s FIP medication - $2,000
- Vet Bill (including vet fee, bloodwork, and diagnostic tests) - $1,235
- Ongoing vet visits and tests to monitor his recovery - $500-1,000 (Estimate)
- Supplies and supplements to support his immune system - $150
Any support — whether donating or simply sharing — would mean the world to us. Your help lets us focus on what matters most: caring for Linden, supporting his recovery, and giving him the long, happy life he deserves.
Thank you for taking the time to read and support our Lindy Boy
With Love,
Jaz and Em
