If you’ve ever had the joy of meeting Lindsey, you already know what a gift she is to the world. The kind of person who lights up every room she walks into, is as intelligent as they come, always the first and last on the dance floor, with a laugh so contagious it instantly lifts your spirits.

Since 2018, Lindsey has been privately battling brain cancer while working full time in the financial district, showing up for her friends and family, and maintaining a “normal” life. Her fight escalated recently in May when she was brought in for emergency brain surgery due to complications. The ramifications of the surgery, as well as the nature of the tumors, have resulted in mobility, speech, and overall health difficulties.

Unfortunately, she had just started a new job right before the complications began, which means she doesn’t qualify for disability or medical leave benefits. She’s facing this enormous challenge without the financial safety net most of us rely on in times of crisis. It's been an incredibly tough time for someone who is so full of energy and life, but her spirit remains as strong as ever as she continues her battle.

We’re raising money to help cover the growing medical expenses, specialized therapy and rehabilitation, home care, and the day-to-day costs to support Lindsey as she fights this enormous fight.
