In the middle of the night a city water-main burst flooding Lou Lou's dress shop destroying the shop space and most of the inventory. Lou Lou's took temporary shelter next door in a small corner of the coffee shop. The Independent Journal and Fox News in St Louis covered the local story in Potosi, Missouri. We would like to help the owner Lindsey Harmon by raising money which would greatly help her while the complications of dealing with the city are worked out.
